Under the individual procedures, you will find more detailed information on the respective draft plan and the current status of the procedure.
All plans and documents shown on these pages serve non-binding information purposes in accordance with § 4a paragraph 4 of the German Building Code (BauGB). Only the plans and documents which - depending on the stage of the procedure - are available at the Technical Construction Office in the Urban Planning Department or are publicly displayed on the first floor are legally authoritative.
