City of Hof honors long-standing employees

Ceremony in the town hall for 17 employees

It is a fine tradition at Hof Town Hall to invite long-serving employees to a small tribute and ceremony. At the most recent event, 17 employees came together in the large conference room. They were honored for 10, 25 or even 40 years of service; five of them are going into well-deserved retirement.

"We want to express our appreciation and further strengthen the sense of togetherness. The working environment and requirements have changed considerably over the years, but we have been able to overcome all challenges with a great deal of enthusiasm and team spirit," says Mayor Eva Döhla.

Siegfried Leupold, Head of Central Management and Human Resources, Stefanie Schwarz, Chairwoman of the Staff Council, and Maximilian Fleischer, Head of Human Resources Development, Digitalization and Organization, also thanked the honorees for their commitment and loyalty to the city of Hof.
