BÜHNE RAUS provides an unprecedented platform for the interaction of different cultural forms and target groups. It is therefore a completely new format and of significance for the city center, for its residents and also relevant in terms of cultural policy. In addition to established institutions, the independent scene and the neighborhood as well as the migrant world are invited. With the help of this project, a new, confident view of the inner-city development area at Schillerquartier will be cast. Previously, this area had been unused for years.
International, integration and inclusion are the keywords. Encounters are important. That's why the program includes not only stage-oriented components, but also those that promote communication and getting to know each other.
A very important aspect of BÜHNE RAUS is that togetherness is crucial. Even if there is a stage, not all parts of the program have to be stage-oriented and have show value. Unfinished elements such as a choir rehearsal, small formats or talks are also welcome.
